  Won't be back. I plan to file a formal complaint as well but I wanted all customers aware of the impressive service I received. Note that I attempted to just drop off a package. Once there, they determined my clear tape over the label was not flat enough to scan the label. No problem. Just re-print "over there". I proceed to computer, pull up label from email, click PRINT. I am then told "that will be $1.85". I want it known in this scenario the $1.85 was not the concerning issue. However as I was retrieving my wallet I begin to wonder how it was that much. Morgan then told me it was due to printing on the COLOR printer (a black and white label remember?), I had two copies, and then the tape they used use to affix label to package. I asked what she meant about the color printer as I was told to print, not that they had printing options. She proceeded to tell me that if I had asked the question, she would have informed me. But dare I say I did not ask the question if they had two printers, one of which would be more $ to print a black and white page than the other. Last but not least, the "2nd copy" was a completely blank page. Yup no print line at the top or web address, completely blank. I then inquired about how I was getting charged for a blank page and she said, "It came out of the printer". There you have it folks. I had to argue with the manager on this blank page as well to get my money back so please don't think this is a one man failed attempt at service. If you want to endure this exciting kind of service. Please, by all means....go to this store.
